Notification And Monitoring

Track all stages of the COBRA period including generating COBRA notification letters and enrollment forms (calculating the premium due) for each covered Qualified Beneficiary.

Generate and mail "Certificates of Coverage" as required by HIPAA as requested.

Generate a waiver of coverage letter to give your qualified beneficiaries a chance to say "no" to COBRA coverage as part of the COBRA Election Notice.

Send premium rate change letters to all plan participants telling them about any new rates.and provide them with new premium coupons.
