History of Benefits Design Group, Inc.Benefits Design Group, Inc. is a third party administrator of Section 125 Flexible Benefit programs. Our corporate headquarters and administrative center is located in Onalaska, WI and we have marketing support in both Minneapolis and Onalaska. We began designing employee benefit programs in June of 1987 and we currently assist over 700 employers nationwide ranging in size from as small as 2 to over 4500. Unlike most administrators, our primary focus is the marketing, implementation, and administration of Flexible Benefit Plans. Benefits Design Group, Inc. handles the entire administration of your Flexible Benefit Plan offering a full range of services including protection against loss under the At-Risk Rules, optional funding methods, variable payment frequencies, and Internet access to account information. In addition, in the fall of 2002, Sue Sieger, CFCI, was upgraded to the designation "Certified in Flexible Compensation Instruction." She joins the few practitioners that the Employer's Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) has awarded such designations. To achieve this designation, Sue originally underwent a rigorous examination covering plan design and administration, the law, regulations and ethical standards in 1999. Since then, Sue has completed the required continuing education credits to upgrade her designation to the instructor level. |
